been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as

We offer refunds on products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you
receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of
receiving your order. We may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the issue.

If we determine that the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will issue a
refund for the purchase price, including any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within
7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or
are not in their original condition. We also do not offer refunds on shipping costs unless the
